Sunday Morning Devotional Class 10 – 11:30 am (Every Sunday Jan/Feb/Mar 2017)
Open enrollment yoga classes are for ALL LEVELS of practitioners. You’ll gain experience wether you’re a beginner or have an advanced practice because each class incorporates asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation and other techniques of yoga such as bandhas, mantra, kriya, etc.
Classes are taught by Hollace Stephenson, Certified ParaYoga and 500 ERYT, unless otherwise indicated on the schedule below. (Occasionally I ask another teacher that I’ve trained to teach if I’m traveling.)
I strongly recommend that you attend these classes on a weekly basis to develop your practice and gain insight into how classes are designed for a specific physical, mental, energetic effect. I will provide context at the beginning of each class to help you understand the techniques and philosophies taught. As you learn more about ParaYoga you will want to add more practice to your weekly routine. Please schedule a private consultation with me and together we’ll build your personal home practice.
Wednesday Evening Tantra Vinyasa 6 – 7:15 pm
Get ready to strengthen, stretch, recharge and rejuvenate. This special Tuesday evening ParaYoga class is breath centered, intelligently sequenced and ends with a short meditation. Not only will your muscles get long and lean, your mind gets calm and clear through this authentic practice of yoga. Please let me know before class begins if you have need to modify for injury, pregnancy or other situations.

Sunday Morning Devotional Class 10 – 11:30 AM Classes
This is THE yoga class in Charlotte to connect with Body, Mind, Spirit. Expect to experience a profound connection to your breath as you move mindfully. I encourage you to reach your potential while you deepen your understanding of the techniques and yoga philosophy. It’s practical, it’s relaxing, it’s educational, it’s spiritual, it’s fulfilling, it’s fun! You’re worth it!
I hope you’ll join me, Hollace Stephenson, Certified Para Yoga E-RYT 500 Classes are open to all levels. Some familiarity with the names of the poses is recommend but If not, it’s okay, you’ll catch on fast. Each Class Includes: Brief context of class theme, ~ 60 – 75 minutes breath centered asana practice, breathing technique, bandha, mantra, mudra and we end with ~10-15 minutes Pranayama/Meditation.
