“Of all the benefits I’ve gained through yoga, steadiness and peace of mind are the most profound and especially helpful in life’s most challenging moments.  Through my practice I’ve gained physical, mental, emotional and spiritual strength & wellbeing.  My intention when teaching is to share with you the power yoga has to transform, heal and sustain. The whole world grows stronger one individual and one practice at a time.  If you enjoy a strong, breath-centered, spiritual practice and if you want calm, clear energy hours after class, please join me, I will be honored to guide your practice.

I have tremendous gratitude and appreciation for my primary teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker, founder of ParaYoga.  The philosophies and techniques I’ve experienced through ParaYoga profoundly influence my practice, teaching and students the most.”
