Hollace is a certified ParaYoga instructor and also trained in Kripalu Yoga and Baptiste Power Vinyasa.  She currently teaches in the Eastern United States, leads workshops, trainings and retreats internationally, is on faculty with Holistic Yoga Therapy Institute and owns Yoga Shala Charlotte.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in biology and secondary science education.
